1 Check out a summer residency. Preferably one that’s al fresco, where you can savour the good life. Chic Italian restaurant group, San Carlo are bringing their venue Signor Sassi to the gorgeous coastal resort of Porto Cervo in Sardinia for a summer-long residency. It’s the perfect setting for foodies and sun-seekers, with an emphasis on fresh seafood.

Magma Resort Santorini

2 Find seclusion in Santorini. The famous Greek island with its blue-topped domes is busy year-round for a reason, but what if you could find a quiet spot to relax just minutes away from all the hotspots? Magma Resort Santorini – part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt – is a 10-minute drive from Oia and Fira, nestled within a vineyard and overlooking the Aegean Sea.

3 Visit a spa for a perfect night’s sleep. Tranquillity abounds at The Sarojin – a five-star boutique resort an hour from Phuket in Thailand. Their award-winning spa has just introduced ‘Lotus Pathway to Sleep’ – a new signature spa experience designed to promote deep relaxation and restorative rest, harnessing the calming properties of the beautiful flower.

Indigenous-led tourism in Yukon

4 Discover the Yukon’s Indigenous heritage. Find your feet in Canada’s northwest with Indigenous-led tourism experiences, where cultural journeys take in colourful mountain villages, the world’s smallest desert, the dramatic scenery of Kluane National Park and the gold rush history of Dawson City.

5 Go on safari on horseback. Okavango Horse Safaris operate out of a private 90,000-hectare wilderness area in northwestern Botswana. It’s a haven for birdwatching and game viewing, with elephants, buffalo, lions and leopards roaming the stunning landscape. For 2027, the family-run safari operation has also launched a series of artist-led retreats.

Running until 6th September in the hotel’s ground-floor restaurant as well as Soleil by Claude on the eighth floor, you can enjoy views of Hyde Park while sipping on fine teas or a glass of champagne.

7 Sample a cocktail in a world-renowned bar. ARGO at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong – ranked 11 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 – has launched its new cocktail menu. A love letter to the city, the menu features 12 cocktails – including the alluring Dreamscape, a collaboration with rising Hong Kong artist Tam Mei Yi Amy mixing tequila with hazelnut, coconut, tonka bean and chestnut.
