Feeling the need for some mind, body and soul reconnection – preferably within an island paradise setting? Luxury destination resort, Amari Raaya Maldives – which opened on one of the largest natural islands in Raa Atoll in August – has launched a new holistic wellness package. Avani Hotels & Resorts have launched into Venice with their latest opening. Festive feasting
Are we in Christmas mode yet? If you’re in the mood to start planning some festive frolicking, The Carlton Tower Jumeirah have announced their yuletide theme – ‘The Season for Dreams’ – which will see the Knightsbridge hotel transformed into a spellbinding winter utopia. The hotel will launch a Festive Afternoon Tea, (£75 pp), including treats such as a chestnut, truffle and cranberry tart, smoked salmon and caviar, cheese crème brûlée and an orange and cinnamon butter powder tart. ‘The Season for Dreams’ special offer includes 10% off the Jumeirah Flexible Rate, a bottle of champagne, breakfast, festive afternoon tea for two and ‘Santa’s Grotto by Anya Hindmarch’ tickets.
