Can’t make it to centre court but still want to recreate the inimitable atmosphere of the world’s greatest tennis championship? Then head along to the only official Scottish Wimbledon garden, located on Edinburgh’s George Street.

Tigerlily will play host to the tournament’s only Sipsmith pop-up outside of London, with a limited-edition, tennis inspired cocktail menu and a delicious afternoon tea for fans of the sport to enjoy.

Cocktails such as the ‘Centre Court Swizzle’ featuring Sipsmith’s Strawberry Smash Gin, Whispering Angel Rosé, wild strawberry, tonka bean, spearmint and cucumber and ’Game, Set & Match’ with Sipsmith’s Zesty Orange Gin, pink grapefruit, marmalade, Lucky Liqueur Orange, pressed lemon, grapefruit zest and egg white will feature on the menu, while visitors to the Wimbledon Garden can also dine on Tigerlily’s delectable afternoon tea.

The limited-edition afternoon tea menu includes a savoury selection of honey roast ham with Arran mustard and tomato on wholemeal, smoked Scottish salmon, cucumber and cream cheese on white as well as a caramelised red onion and goats cheese quiche amongst other tasty treats. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy mini bites such as a strawberries and cream cupcake, black forest brownie gateaux and a lemon meringue tart.

The pop-up, located in the ‘Green Room’, has been decorated by Edinburgh-based florist, Wild Flowers, to create a stunning and fragrant indoor British summer garden. It is the largest to date to be created in Tigerlily, with over 1,000 stems of flowers and foliage used in total.

The Sipsmith gin garden will remain open throughout the summer and into mid-September.
