You know it’s going to be a good night out when a bespangled person in a top hat presents you with a newspaper.
Moda The McEwan, a new way of renting coming to Edinburgh in December, captures the best of both worlds: that old school community feeling that lockdown reminded us we need so much, and top of the line design and technology. Moda is a family run business that designs, builds and runs rental accommodation with a focus on people and community living. Aimed at the Deliveroo generation, Moda offers residents co-working spaces and curated resident events. Residents will be able to pay their rent, arrange a dog walker and book in-house yoga all on the Moda app.
Singer-songwriter Daniel Docherty performed on the rooftop of the Moxy Hotel with a backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the sunset, and the future McEwan building where Moda will open its doors to its first residents in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh. During the rooftop performance, Docherty played his version of ‘Bare Necessities’ but this new vision of renting will be anything but!
