The Mallorcan capital has been receiving the chef’s kiss for its culinary endeavours for some time – a delicious mingling of gorgeous rooftops for drinks and tapas, laid-back spots where seasonal ingredients shine and Michelin-starred cuisine. Marc Fosh was the first British chef to receive the culinary accolade in Spain with his eponymous restaurant, housed in a former 17th-century convent and using produce sourced from across the Balearic Islands, including the venue’s own farm.
