Luxury jeweller Laings returns to Argyll Arcade
Laings has revealed further plans for the opening of its new showroom in the company’s former Argyll Arcade unit

As part of its continued evolution, the brand will introduce a range of additional services alongside its acclaimed bespoke jewellery and jewellery manufacturing offerings. First announced at the beginning of 2026, the new opening will mark Laings’ fifth jewellery showroom in the UK, with exclusive collections and experiences created specifically for the location.

Due to open in summer 2026, Laings will welcome clients with an immersive shopping environment. Expanding upon their current jewellery selection, Laings will release four new collections, exclusively available in the Argyll Arcade showroom.

The new collections will celebrate British craftsmanship, honouring Laings heritage and the expertise required to create each beautiful piece. Tracing their creation from the beginning, each piece will be crafted using fully traceable gemstones, diamonds and metals. All collections will use either fully recycled metal or Single Mine Origin (SMO) gold, a considered choice that reflects the integrity and authenticity behind each piece. Fully traceable from mine to finished creation, SMO gold offers complete transparency over its journey and provenance and gives back to the local communities from where it is unearthed.

An exciting development within the project is the expansion of Laings jewellery workshops and design offering.  A team of craftspeople will be at home in a workshop within the showroom, creating bespoke jewellery for clients whilst also offering service options with expedited turnaround. Clients will be able to see goldsmiths and craftspeople at work through a glass wall, giving exclusive insight into the world of jewellery. This addition is the first time Laings have offered such detailed access to the historical trade of Goldsmithing and gives clients the assurance of the expertise that goes into every piece.  Laings is committed to preserving British craftsmanship by investing in goldsmiths at every level, crafting and maintaining exceptional jewellery that commemorates their clients most meaningful moments.

A new curated bridal collection will also be launched, allowing clients to customise their engagement and wedding band journey from beginning to end. With the help of Laings experts, clients will be invited to select individual elements of their rings, curating their dream setting, gemstone or diamond and details.
